A Few Things to Know Before You Sign:
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If your unit is occupied on the 1st, you are required to pay for the full month — we do not prorate move-outs.
Late fees apply as follows: a $10 fee is added on the 10th, an additional $15 on the 15th, and an additional $20 on the 30th, for a maximum of $45 in late fees per month.
To vacate, simply give two weeks' notice before the end of your current rental month. Please note that we do not issue rent refunds.
Payment for rent and late fees can be made through the Make a Payment link on our website — simply enter your amount and pay.
You may also pay by check left in the lockbox on-site or by mail to 2003 Port Drive, Jennings, LA 70546. Please include your unit number on all payments. Do not leave cash.
You must provide your own lock, and a valid driver's license or state ID is required to complete your agreement.
